In versions offering this flow, open the app settings and choose “Delete my account”. Confirm using the code sent to your account email, directly in the app. The receipt shows the processing deadline: you do not need to contact support to submit this request.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Cheeruniti account”, preferably from your account email, and include your username. The button below opens your email app; you can also write to this address directly.
Never send your password or a sign-in code. If you cannot access your account email, explain this so we can verify your request another way.
2. Verification and deletion
After verification, we revoke access and remove the affected profile, your posts and media, comments, interactions and account credentials. Your agreements for other users’ videos in which you are tagged are withdrawn, and their distribution is suspended to respect that withdrawal.
Affected active-system data is removed within 30 days after verification. Backups managed by Cheeruniti expire within 30 days. Limited retention and provider-specific times are explained in the privacy policy; our response specifies any applicable exception.
3. Confirmation
