Your account

Cheeruniti, published by Pablo Berenguel — LeCrush, lets adults share their cheerleading practice. You must declare an age of at least 18, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Sporting affiliations and results are self-reported, not certified.

Share with permission

Only share content you have the right to publish and for which you can grant the permission below. This applies to every element, including videos, photos, text, music and other third-party works. Obtain the agreement of identifiable people. People tagged in the app must accept their participation and public sharing before publication. Respect refusals and withdrawals; removing a tag must not bypass a lack of agreement.

You retain the rights you hold in your content. By sharing it, you grant Cheeruniti a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host it, make necessary technical copies and process it, including creating thumbnails, and display or distribute it within the service according to the features you use, applicable access rules and participants’ agreements. Technical providers act only as needed to operate the service. This permission is limited to these uses and their necessary duration; it transfers no ownership and permits no advertising or promotional use without separate agreement. Removal from sharing and any residual retention follow the withdrawal and deletion rules described in the privacy policy.

Future features using artificial intelligence

Cheeruniti may offer features that use artificial intelligence to analyse videos, images or other parts of a post, for uses explained before activation. This possibility does not mean that such analysis currently takes place.

Before activation, we will explain the purposes, affected content, any providers and the applicable terms in the interface and privacy policy. Sharing with a third-party AI provider will require prior explicit permission. Authors’ rights, participants’ agreements and personal data rights continue to apply. Accepting these terms is neither blanket consent to future processing nor permission to train AI models on your content.

An evolving personal project

Cheeruniti is an independent personal project, currently offered free of charge and developed progressively. Reasonable efforts are devoted to its operation and security, without a guarantee of permanent availability, freedom from errors or indefinite continuation of the service or any particular feature. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical incidents or resource constraints.

Significant changes or closure of the service will be announced with reasonable notice when circumstances permit; a security emergency may require immediate action. We will explain the applicable options for retrieving available content, exercising data rights and requesting deletion. Keep personal copies of important content: Cheeruniti is not a guaranteed archiving service. These provisions do not exclude any liability or obligation that cannot legally be excluded and do not reduce users’ rights.

Clubs and coach feedback

A coach or manager role grants permissions limited to the relevant club or team after the invitation is accepted. It does not by itself authorise independent reviewing.

Voluntary reviews involve three authorised coaches who are not participants and do not share a club affiliation with those reviewed, under the service’s rules. Reviews concern the supplied video, may request corrections to its details or framing, and do not replace competition judging or in-person supervision. XP, trophies and self-reported results do not certify ability or safety.

Community boundaries

Harassment, threats, hatred, impersonation, exposure of private information, fraud, spam, unlawful content, infringement of others’ rights and child sexual abuse or exploitation are prohibited. Our child safety standards apply despite accounts being restricted to adults.

Nudity and sexual content, graphic violence, gore and explicit depictions of severe injuries are prohibited. Sportswear and ordinary cheerleading movements are not, by themselves, sexual or violent content.

Report, block and appeal

You can report posts, comments and accounts and block accounts in the app. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts for abuse. To appeal a decision or report a problem: [email protected].

Stunt videos do not replace qualified supervision and appropriate practice conditions. The account deletion page explains how to leave and request data removal. Rule changes requiring renewed agreement will be presented before further posting.
